Our latest vision system to go out into the field is proving to be a key resource in automotive assembly process control. The CVS-700 vision unit was constructed to image two automotive parts needing to be aligned for proper assembly. The camera element views the parts. The machine vision software measures the distance the parts need to be rotated and tells the assembly machine how far to move them to align the products correctly.
